Got a new uke! Well second hand from one of our friends who was selling all the kit which I wasn't going to buy but T kindly got it for me, so I'm equipped with a ukulele, case, plectrums, tuner, case, music stand, uke stand and lots of music. Went on YouTube and did one of the lessons offered there which was great. I tried to teach myself some years ago without much success . T said I sang all on one note and the boys just berated me for practising...... at bed time. Well I've suffered for my art for some time, now its your turn! Well, of course I just want to pick up the uke and be good at it. I know it doesn't work like that! I've watched a YouTube class I've been recommended & am working my way through the chords. I want to get them firmly in my head before I move on. I haven't practised everyday but some days. The uke is out and ready for me to pick up and strum!
